Didn't get it

Product is underpowered for my use. it’s 2.5nm of torque. however, I’m not entirely sure that’s the whole issue. It uses a small spring to transfer from the motor to the drill bit. this spring obviously has some flex to it… consequently it doesn’t have a nice even transfer of torque. as a result the grinds are uneven and uncontrolled. I had really high hopes for this machine as it ticked all the boxes. but unfortunately the internal design is what’s let it down. the actual physical design is very nice though and sits nicely in your hand.
